She’ll eat almost anything but the spicy noodles she likes best are instant noodles (the package she is holding in picture #5). For special, mom made some homemade ones as well last night. She’ll post a link to a video of making them.
Spicy Chineese Noodles
Pour 1/2 a canning jar of warm peanut oil over
2 spoonfuls of red pepper flakes
1 spoonful citron pepper corn (crushed if possible)
2-3 gloves of crushed garlic
Green onion (white)
White pepper
Yummy! Looks like a fun celebration!!!!
What a special celebration time and it looks like a great time was had by all. Thank you for sharing the pictures! Love and Hugs to all!
Looks like a great time. Lucy looks cute with her glasses. Are those the spicy noodles she likes?. How about a share with the recipe?

This is a fun video that shows the technique – I tried writing a recipe after watching it, that is what Spencer shared above. They are wonderful! 🙂
